Production Blog: Schedule

Today's blog is going to be about how we planned out our filming and editing schedule. We decided it would be a good idea to start filming early. So we all decided that the first step was make sure everyone understood the script. We all joined a call one night and spent about an hour and a half reviewing the script. We discussed lines, actions, and camera shots. Eventually we all agreed on everything. The next step was to find a date and time to start filming. Me and Nico were free the first weekend of February but Tom and Blake were not. Ironically, it was opposite the next weekend. The third weekend, we were all busy. However, we forgot there was no school Monday and decided to film then. Luckily I had gotten my license the week prior and no longer needed an adult to drive. This meant we had one less person to schedule around. We all met up at my house close to 1 pm. We decided to do the exterior shots first. Once the scene shifted into the door we all went inside. We gathered all the props we were going to use and set them in place. This was really fun to do. We all agreed that we had done enough work for the day and stopped filming. Then we all played on the Xbox until everyone got picked up.
